Refund Policy

Non-returnable goods
Our microgreens are considered perishable goods and thus non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and we will work on determining a solution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is a problem with your microgreens, the package is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If it is determined that your order needs to be replaced, please allow for up to 14 days. In this time, a new order will be generated on your behalf at no expense.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
