Our microgreens are delivered weekly and biweekly throughout the Greater East Cleveland area. Pickup can be arranged at seasonal farmers' market locations.
Microgreens are young vegetable shoots that are harvested just after their first leaves begin to appear at about 2-3 inches tall. Considered a superfood, they are used to enhance the nutritional content, visual appeal, flavor or texture of a meal.
Preliminary research has shown that microgreens are extremely high in valuable vitamins and minerals. Some varieties boast 40x the nutritional value of their full-grown counterparts.
